Congratulations to Mineola High School seniors Daniella Speranza and Brendan Morrison as they have been selected as the 2022 NYSAPHERD Physical Education Students of the Year. Brendan and Danielle have set themselves apart as leaders in the physical education program and participation in the PE Leadership Class where they both completed their training and to assist younger classes in engaging with physical education. Their positive attitudes and strong character, along with their dedication to our school programs and sports, serve as a great example for all of Mineola’s student-athletes. The district wishes them well in the remainder of their senior year.
