The Parker Jewish Institute Foundation received a big boost from the Peter Seideman Golf Classic held at the Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success on July 29.

The annual golf outing supports Parker’s mission to enhance programs and services for Parker Jewish Institute’s patients and residents.

This fundraising event is held in memory of Peter Seideman, a dedicated supporter of the Parker Jewish Institute, who believed in Parker’s programs and services.

“We could not think of a more fitting way to give honor to Peter Seideman, than to rename his favorite Parker fundraiser event after him,” said Michael N. Rosenblut, Parker’s president and CEO. “We thank our community for sharing this special event with us and for supporting the Peter Seideman Golf Classic.”

Rosenblut presented an award to Custom Computer Specialists before a large group of Parker supporters and golfers at the event.

The company was recognized for its achievements in technology solutions and services, and its unwavering commitment to Parker’s patients and residents.

Placing first at the Golf Classic were Eric Fishman, Steve Maide, Joseph Marturano and Steven Fangman.

Finishing second were John Brown, Jason Romano, Donald Sheldon and Mr. Bottita.

In third were Chris Ferreri, Robert Davis, Dennis O’Connell and Robert Brickley.

And at fourth were Jacob Nudelman, Ethan Levine, James Weber and Jack Silverman.

The longest drive went to Andrew Goldberg in the men’s category and Carly Nathanson in the women’s category. Closest to the pin went to Brian Rind, and closest to the line went to Frank Granger.
