The Roslyn Water District invites its residents to take advantage of its new secure online bill pay function.
This new, entirely optional way of paying one’s bill is aimed at making the payment process easy and convenient. It can be easily accessed by visiting www.roslynwaterdistrict.org, clicking the menu and selecting “Online Bill Pay.”
“Residents come first in the Roslyn Water District and we are always looking for ways in which we can make their lives easier,” said Chairman Michael Kosinski. “By bringing online bill pay to our residents, we are bringing an entirely new and easy way for them to pay their quarterly bills without needing to use so much as an envelope. We are excited to put this convenient new service into action and we look forward to seeing residents enjoy the benefits.”
Residents will receive an account number and PIN number which can access their online bill pay option. If residents choose to pay by Automated Clearing House network or e-check, there is a convenience fee of $1.95 with each payment. This amount is consistent regardless of how many bills are being paid at one time and the convenience fee is paid to the vendor, not the Roslyn Water District.
For credit or debit card payments, there is a fee of 2.95% of the bill being paid. Additionally, the Roslyn Water District is providing the opportunity for residents to take advantage of paperless e-bills, which are sent by email. Residents can request e-bills by contacting billing@roslynwater.org. This option is entirely free.
