Congratulations to H. Frank Carey High School senior Vincent Gatto for being selected as the October Carey Character.

Vincent recently learned of a struggling seventh-grade student who needed help with math, and jumped right in to lend a hand. He worked with the student and made a connection with beyond academics. Vincent then volunteered to meet this student any time their schedules allowed so he could further help him with whatever he might need. A simple act of kindness like this makes Carey a special place.
