The Town of North Hempstead was recently honored by the Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund on March 17.
The organization presented a certificate of appreciation to the Town for their support of the Special Operations 75th Ranger Regiment fighting the Global War on Terror. The Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund is a non-profit organization that advocates for the Special Operations Forces wounded, ill, and injured warriors.
They provide financial support to the Rangers and their families.
