Hillside Public Library, in conjunction with Long Island Coalition for the Homeless, is conducting a Drive for Needed Items for folks living on the streets. The following is a partial list of some of the desired items: Peanut butter; crackers; protein bars; fruit cups; deodorant; mouthwash; water-proof gloves; warm socks; scarves; reusable bags; ziploc bags. Also, $5-$10 gift cards for food: Dunkin; 7/11; McDonalds, etc.

In this lecture registered dietitian Pnina Mohr will discuss common complaints and offer practical approaches to combat popular digestive disorders you may be experiencing daily.
