This year Lakeville Estates Civic Association is very excited about its Christmas parade as well as our Christmas tree lighting ceremony to be held on Saturday, Dec. 10.
The parade will start at 1:00 pm and will go through 3 different fire districts. Please look at the detailed route that we have included.
Spread the word to your neighbors as we look forward to you and your neighbors cheering us along the parade route. It would be disappointing if we don’t have any well-wishers.
The second part of this exciting day will also include our traditional Christmas tree lighting at the Old Dairy Barn on Hillside Avenue, just one block east of Lakeville Road. The civic association will be presenting the American Dance Studio group at 4:30 pm followed by the New Hyde Park Memorial Chorus. Santa will be arriving sometime after 5:00 pm or thereabouts, it will be a fun-filled day.

Lakeville Estates Civic Association 2022 Holiday Parade Route
Parade will start at 1:00 pm from the Manhasset Lakeville Fire House, 78th Avenue and Lakeville Road.
Proceed south on Stewart Avenue to Peter Lane
Left on Peter Lane to Michael Lane
Right on Michael Lane to Stephan Marc
Left on Stephan Marc Lane to Lakeville
Cross Over Lakeville Road to Sylvia Lane, continue on Sylvia to Evans Street, make left to Haddon Road
Right on Haddon Road to Lawrence Street, right on Lawrence Street to New Hyde Park Road.
North on NHP Road to Holiday Gate, make a right on Holiday Gate and quick right and then left onto Executive Drive.
Proceed north on Executive Drive to Courthouse Road
Make a right to Meadow Farm Road and continue to Marcus Avenue
Left on Marcus Avenue to First Street, make a right onto Major Lane, one block to Aster Drive, make a left on Aster Drive to Hillside Avenue
Make a left on Hillside Avenue to Marcus Avenue
Make a right on Marcus Avenue to Nassau Blvd
From Nassau Blvd. right on 2nd Street
Take 2nd Street to Denton Avenue
At Denton Avenue make a right one block to West End Avenue
Right to Terrace Blvd. then to Maple Drive
Cross over New Hyde Park Road to Maple Drive West to Lakeville
Make a right on Lakeville Road and back to the Firehouse, 78th Avenue and Lakeville Road
