- Project HELP Long Island has scheduled an in-person & Zoom meeting at the Port Washington Library, Tuesday, January 30th, 7-8:30 in the Lapham room.
“This six session seminar will provide an introduction and overview of mental-health. The series will cover such topics as mental health, coping skills, trauma and the body as well as resources for the community.”
