In August 1988, Pasquale Madia, a resident of Manhasset, began his career at Rallye Motor Company. This month Madia, who works in Service Supervision at Rallye BMW, will celebrate 35 years of employment with Rallye.
“Someone told me a while back, ‘Find a job that you love, and you never have to work a day in your life,’” said Madia.“I found what I love at Rallye BMW and if I had a chance I would do it all over again.”

This year Rallye Motor Company is celebrating its 65th anniversary. As one of the largest luxury auto franchises in New York, with Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, and Acura dealerships on the North Shore of Long Island. Rallye is celebrating not only with their customers but also showing their appreciation to their best-in-the-business technicians.
“Rallye owes much of our accomplishments and sustained growth to the unwavering commitment and expertise of our extraordinary technicians,” said Terian. “They have played an integral part in forging lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring our success.”
Rallye is launching several initiatives to celebrate its 65th anniversary, including many employee appreciation events, charitable gifts, and special deals for its customers.
