A 30-year-old track record was shattered this month by a Manhasset student who wasn’t alive when it was set.

Manhasset’s Angeline Caamano ran a time of 4:41.50 to establish a new school record at the St. Anthony’s Invitational on May 5 in the 1500 meters.

This mark eclipsed the previous record established by Bonnie Rozzo of 4:43.84 set in 1988.
