The Village of North Hills held the Grand Re-Opening of Lowell Kane Park on Monday, May 2nd. Mayor Natiss thanked Park Committee Chair, Deputy Mayor Dennis Sgambati and welcomed residents of the Village to help celebrate the re-opening. Deputy Mayor Dennis Sgambati acknowledged Mayor Natiss, Trustee Elliot Arnold, fellow Park Committee members, Trustee Phyllis Lentini, Trustee Gail Cohen, Building Superintendent Peter Cinquemani, Village Administrator Marianne Lobaccaro, and the Village Staff for their assistance in completing the project.
The village park renovation consisted of the addition of new playground equipment, new rubber surfacing, new park benches, new perimeter fencing, new bollards, new paving of the parking lot and basketball court, new signage, and new landscaping.
