After performing their musical outside last year due to pandemic restrictions, the John Lewis Childs School Drama Club hit the stage once more this year for its production of “Mary Poppins Jr.” on May 18 and May 19.
The production was directed by music teacher Chelsea Stern and teacher aides Denine Reichert and Lori Stone. Stern also served as pianist and musical director, Reichert as the choreographer, and Stone as set and costume designer and stage manager. The cast and crew were comprised of 65 students, along with four additional students who provided additional artwork for the park scenes.
