The Great Neck Chinese Association invites everyone to join them in a special celebration to learn the history and traditions of Chinese New Year and enjoy a hand puppet show “Hao Bang Ah, Dog!” presented by the Chinese Theatre Works, Inc.
This show, created to honor the zodiac animal of the year, features traditional Chinese style hand puppets, songs, folk tales, games, audience participation and other surprises designed to delight and entertain kids and adults alike.
The puppet show is in English and free to all. The event is on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Great Neck Library on 159 Bayview Avenue, Great Neck, NY.
