Girls Scout Troop 521 got an early start on BlueFriday cleanup by spending a few hours on Wednesday cleaning up the waterway and surrounding fields at Valley Field Park in Manhasset. Despite how clean the park looked, they pulled multiple bags full of trash and recycling out of the waterway. The girls include, Madeleine Chun, Siri Craven, Xiomara Diaz, Emily Hoffman, Katie OSullivan, and Sara Strassberg.
