Fresco Crêperie & Café Williston Park has been nestled in the Williston Park area since 2010.
This cozy little place has a European café vibe and is well known for having great tasting authentic crepes, excellent homemade soups, fresh salads, good coffee drinks, and great tasting ice cream. Fresco offers a full wine and beer menu as well as their own homemade signature White & Red Sangria.
The owner has a sincere passion for preparing fresh food made with quality ingredients.
Chef/owner Thomas Grippo took over Fresco in February of 2020, six weeks before the pandemic.
While navigating through the worst economic downturn in history, Mr. Grippo planned for the future growth of the business. The crepe cart was conceived in the early days of the pandemic. Seeing it finally turn into a reality is a true success story.
Fresco is excited to announce the launch of Long Island’s first and only mobile crepe cart. It’s a custom built French themed crepe station on wheels.
It is a fun and unique experience watching the chef cook the crepes to order.
The cart is equipped to serve both Savory (Dinner) Crepes & Sweet (Dessert) Crepes.
