Floral Park Memorial High School’s marching band earned third place in the Small School 3 Division of the New York State Field Band Conference Championships. The competition was held on Oct. 30 in Syracuse. Under the direction of John Smykowski and Matthew Povolny, the marching band received a score of 81.65.
