The Village of Floral Park will be holding an election on March 19 for two trustee positions.

Both candidates – Trustee Jennifer Stewart and Trustee Michael Longobardi – are running unopposed.

Stewart is a lifelong resident of Floral Park. She was first appointed to the board in 2021 to complete the unexpired trustee term of the mayor. Stewart was then elected to the board in 2022.

Longobardi is also a lifelong resident of the village. His parents moved to town before he was born. Longobardi was first elected trustee in 2022.

Efforts to reach Stewart and Longobardi were unavailed.

The election will be held on March 19 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Floral Park Village Hall at 1 Floral Blvd., Floral Park.
