Students at Munsey Park Elementary School in the Manhasset school district learned about energy efficiency and conservation practices during an assembly led by the Energized Guyz, sponsored by PSEG Long Island.

The PSEG workers brought students on a journey to Safety Town, using a miniature home to explain what energy is, how it is used, ways it is wasted and ways to conserve it. Throughout the show, students learned about various energy conservation methods, tactics to cut down energy waste around their homes and safety procedures.

Following the presentation, students received PSEG touch screen-accessible gloves.
