    The week of March 5 is “Pick a Reading Partner” week at Meadow Drive School in the Mineola Union Free School District.

    First-graders in Mrs. Andrea Romano and Mrs. Kate McCarthy’s class believe that “if you emojin it, you can achieve it!”

    Classrooms have been gearing up for the festivities by participating in a door decorating contest set to this year’s “Pick a Reading Partner” theme of “Reading…Emojin the Possibilities.”
