Throughout the month of February, students at Center Street Elementary School in Herricks participated in ‘The Great Kindness Challenge.’ Each week students participated in different activites that incorporated mindful kindness in their day. When students were caught being exceptionally kind or shared an act of kindness they completed, they got their photo taken on the “Be the I in Kind” wall.
