Small businesses and owners honored by elected officials at Nassau Chambers of Commerce at 2023 NCCC breakfast
Town officials celebrate Lawrence Lin for being recognized with the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce’s Businessperson of the Year award.

Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and Council Members Peter Zuckerman, Veronica Lurvey, and Mariann Dalimonte, along with Town Clerk Ragini Srivastava, attended the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce’s 2023 Annual Small Businessperson of the Year and Legislative Breakfast at the Crest Hollow Country Club on Oct. 27.

This event brought out businesspeople from each of the almost 50 local Chambers of Commerce and was attended by hundreds of attendees, drawing together both legislators and important members of the business community.  Honorees at the event were recognized for promoting business in Nassau County and for addressing issues that impact them.

DeSena celebrates Barnwell House of Tires for being recognized with the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce’s Businessperson of the Year award.
