Sam Horowitz
Sam Horowitz, principal broker and founding partner. Sam’s entry into the brokerage community is both unique and remarkable. As a former real estate associate at the law firms: Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel and Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, Sam participated in the development and marketing of residential projects across New York City and Long Island. Sam credits his exceptional understanding of these purchase and sale markets to his time spent as a practicing real estate attorney. By combining his legal background with an overwhelming passion for real estate sales and entrepreneurship, Sam delivers a high level of expertise and thoughtfulness. He is truly a relationship broker and his clients view him as both a trusted advisor and friend.
As a graduate of Columbia University and Fordham Law and an alumnus of Columbia University’s Men’s Golf Team, Sam is equipped to thrive in the highly competitive real estate arena. Since launching Samuel Realty Group, LLC in 2016, Sam has participated in the sale of over 60 distinct properties with a total value exceeding $50,000,000.
David Cohen
David Cohen is a founding partner of SRG Residential. He honed his expertise by studying real estate at Syracuse University graduating in 2010. In the early years of his career, David thrived as a commercial leasing broker, adeptly representing both landlords and tenants in their office space requirements. In recognition of his remarkable achievements, David was honored with the prestigious “30 Under 30” award in 2013.
Drawing from his profound knowledge of real estate and construction, David serves his clients with unparalleled expertise, primarily focusing on the Long Island region, specifically in the Melville market, where he has resided his entire life. He has also made significant contributions in other major markets, including Dix Hills, Woodbury, Syosset, Plainview, Old Bethpage, and throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Over the past two years alone, David has demonstrated his outstanding capabilities by being responsible for over $60 million in real estate sales, solidifying his position as a trusted and accomplished professional in the industry. David is also a developer of homes focusing on the redevelopment and ground up construction of homes in the Melville area and beyond.
Jared Sarney
Jared Sarney is a founding partner of SRG Residential, with areas of focus across Nassau and Suffolk County. Jared’s unique background started with his foray into real estate construction and development including the ground-up construction and/or remodeling of various homes. His creativity and insight proves valuable to his clients in that he can see the big picture and share his visions of what a home can become. Jared grew up in Plainview and currently lives in Dix Hills. His knowledge of the Dix Hills and Melville communities is unrivaled. Some of Jared’s recent signature transactions include sales in Plainview, Old Bethpage, Jericho, Dix Hills and Melville.
Stephen Gaon
Stephen Gaon is a founding partner of SRG Residential. Stephen’s areas of focus are spread across the North Shore of Nassau County, Suffolk County as well as the Hamptons. Stephen’s background as an entrepreneur is critical to his success, always thinking outside of the box and providing unique perspectives for his clients.
Stephen presently lives in Woodbury and has a deep knowledge of the Syosset School District and all surrounding towns.
