LEGAL NOTICE: REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BELLEROSE
ROADWORK PROJECT:
MILLING AND REPAVING OF SELECTED STREETS
The Incorporated Village of Bellerose hereby invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid proposals for the roadwork project involving the milling and repaving of selected streets within the village.
Project Overview:
The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the milling and repaving of designated streets within the
Incorporated Village of Bellerose. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including preparation, milling, repaving, and any necessary traffic management measures.
Submission of Bid Proposals:
Sealed bid proposals must be addressed and delivered to the attention of the Village Clerk at the following

All bid proposals must be received on or before noon on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Bid Opening:
All received bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at noon on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the
above address. Interested parties are welcome to attend the bid opening.
Bidder Specification Package:
A detailed bidder specification package, outlining all project requirements, bid submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria, is available for download from the Village of Bellerose’s official website at https://www.bellerosevillage.org. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to review the package thoroughly before submitting their bid proposals.
Requirements:
Prospective bidders must meet all specified requirements as outlined in the bidder specification package. The Village of Bellerose reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in the bids received, and accept any bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the village.
