Tax Roll and Warrant
Notice is hereby given that I, Palma Torrisi, Clerk of the Village of Port Washington North, Nassau County New York, have received the 2024/2025 tax roll of the Village of Port Washington North for collection of the Village real estate taxes therein levied. I designate the location below where I will receive taxes from June 1, 2024 through and including July 1, 2024 in the following manner:

Taxes may be paid to me during said period without additional charge. All taxes for which payment has not been received by me and remain unpaid after July 1, 2024, shall have added an additional five percent (5%) interest for the month of July, and for each month and fraction thereafter, an additional interest payment, which shall be computed at the maximum percentage rate permitted, pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law, until said taxes and accrued interest are paid in full. In addition to said interest, a one-dollar administrative charge is also required if the taxes are not paid on or before the 1st day of July 2024.
