NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Village of Roslyn Estates Planning Board NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Roslyn Estates will hold a Public Hearing on April 3, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York, on the following: Application of Derek Kaye, owner, 39 The Intervale, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 242, Lot 19 on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, in R-12 zone, for (a) site plan approval under Village Code Section 145-1(A) with respect to proposed construction of a new single family home, and (b) re-grading approval under Village Code Section 80-3(A), with respect to proposed re-grading of the parcel within 20’ of a property line by more than 2”.
