What we need right now is men and women in Congress who understand that Republicans and Democrats must work together, and compromise, to make our country better.
The House of Representatives has too many extremists who believe that it should be their way or no way, and are obstructing progress on too many important issues. We who live in CD3 deserve to be represented in Congress by a centrist politician who knows how to and wants to, work together with Democrats and Republicans.
Tom Suozzi is that person. He has a record of putting his constituents first and working with both parties to accomplish his and our goals.
That “let’s fix this” attitude is what we need for effective Congressional representation of all of us. I’m voting for Suozzi for Congress in this special election, and I hope you do as well.
