NOTICE OF HEARING Town of North Hempstead Historic Landmarks Preservation Commission Notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the Historic Landmarks Preservation Commission will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset. The Commission will consider the following application: Certificate of Appropriateness for 100 Huntington Road (Section 5, Block 60, Lot 36) in the Port Washington Historic District to finish†existing cellar, replace existing awning windows to match, install new egress casement window, and install new egress door and double hung window, remove existing wood side stoop replace with brick and bluestone stoop to match front entry stoop. Black iron railing. Replace exist east fence with new 4′ black iron tall fence with self closing gate. Exterior cellar access stairs and concrete retaining wall with guard rail, replace and enlarge existing deck, with hot tub, gas fire pit and gas barbeque.
