On Dec. 13, the Great Neck Public Schools Board of Education recognized 30 students who are serving their school community as members of the 2023–24 Saddle Rock Student Government. During the Board meeting at Saddle Rock School, Principal Luci Bradley and Assistant Principal Sara Goldberg introduced all of the third, fourth, and fifth-grade Student Government representatives, along with faculty advisors Lauren Rio and Jessica Schatz. “In this past year, we’ve witnessed these young leaders not just participating, but truly making a difference in our community,” said Ms. Bradley, as she shared examples of the group’s leadership and service activities that include food drives, a winter clothing collection, toy drive, and more.
