NOTICE OF HEARING Town of North Hempstead Historic Landmarks Preservation Commission  Notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the Historic Landmarks Preservation Commission will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset.  For more information, contact landmarks@ northhempsteadny.gov.  The Commission will consider the following application:  Application for the issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness at 62 Murray Avenue (Section 5, Block 58, Lot 41 and 172) in the Port Washington Historic District to install an addition, deck, rear portico, replace windows, and modify front retaining wall.  Application for the issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness at 52 Reid Avenue (Section 5, Block 61, Lot 199) in the Port Washington Historic District for new flatwork in front yard, retaining walls, new flatwork in side yard for existing cellar entry, front stoop re-clad to match, new gutters/leaders. Gas lamp near street. Expanded rear yard deck and patio.
