Afternoon on Broadway with Stephen Nachamie – Irving Berlin and Beyond: The American Spirit on Broadway

Join Award-Winning Director Stephen Nachamie as he celebrates the life and legacy of Irving Berlin. Born Israel Beilin, he was a Russian who came to America at the age of 5. In his 100-year life, he wrote songs that are now a part of our American Heritage. Mr. Nachamie will offer a multimedia lecture that will celebrate shows includingĀ This Is The Army, Annie Get Your GunĀ and take a look at his songs such as “God Bless America,” “White Christmas,” “Happy Holiday,” and many more that we hold near and dear.
