Two sheds behind Cumberland Farms in New Hyde Park were forcefully entered by two men on Monday morning, police said.
The two males appeared at the back of the building on New Hyde Park Road at about 5 a.m. before causing damage to the structures while forcing their way in. They then fled the location in a white four-door sedan in an unknown direction, police said.
It was not known whether any currency or merchandise was stolen, police said. Descriptions of the subjects were currently unavailable and there was an investigation ongoing.
