The Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck will hold a public hearing at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the Village Hall, 767 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, NY, with respect to a proposed local law to exceed the property tax cap imposed under Section 3-c of the General Municipal Law in connection with the adoption of the 2023/2024 annual budget, which was postponed from March 7, 2023. This local law, if adopted, shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State. Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearing, should notify Abraham Cohan, Village Clerk-Treasurer, at (516) 482-2000, in sufficient time to permit arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
