Town of North Hempstead – Board of Zoning Appeals Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.†The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00am.†APPEAL #21305 – Janet Makhani; 2 Parkwood Drive, Great Neck; Section 2, Block 365, Lot 6; Zoned: Residence-A†Variances from ßß70-30.C and 70-30.B to construct additions and a covered terrace that are too close to the street.†APPEAL #21311 – Shachar Malka; 333 Great Neck Road, Great Neck; Section 2, Block 42, Lot 9; Zoned: Business-A†Variance from ß70-103.A(1) to construct an addition to a veterinary clinic with not enough parking on site.†Plans are available for public viewing at https://northhempsteadny.gov/bza.†Persons interested in viewing the full file may do so by any time before the scheduled hearing by contacting the BZA department via e-mail at BZAdept@northhempsteadny.gov.†Additionally, the public may view the live stream of this meeting at https://northhempsteadny.gov/townboardlive.
