Public Notice AT&T is proposing to replace antennas on top of a building with an overall height of 36 feet at 70 Cedar Swamp Road, Glen Cove, Nassau County, New York. The new antennas will be installed at a top height of 32.5 feet. AT&T is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
