NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Architectural and Preliminary Site Plan Review Board of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park will hold a public hearing at the Pool Building, 1 Pool and Garage Road, located on the 2nd floor, in the Daisy Room, Floral Park, NY 11001, on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. relative to the following application:††Application of Cerrone Floral Realty, Inc., Elsa Cerrone, owner, of 140 Jericho Turnpike, Floral Park, New York 11001, for the subdivision of the property under Chapter 99, Article VIII.††This application is made subject to the provisions of Article VIII, Sections 99-53 and 99-54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park.††The property for which said subdivision is applied for is located on the southwest inter-section of Jericho Turnpike and Van Siclen Avenue on the south side of Jericho Turnpike and known as 140 Jericho Turnpike, Section 32, Block 58, Lots 415, 416, 425, 427, 429, 431 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map. A copy of the application is on file in the Public Works/Building Department facility located at the foot of Stewart Street in the Village of Floral Park and may be examined by any persons interested therein during business hours, Monday through Friday, inclusive, except legal holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.††NOW TAKE NOTICE, that all parties in interest and citizens will be given the opportunity to be heard at the aforesaid time and place.
