On May 19, Floral Park-Bellerose School students were visited by Floral Park Memorial High School students as part of the Junior Achievement High School Heroes program. The high schoolers took on the teachers’ role for the day, presenting Junior Achievement programs and curriculum to the younger students. Students participated in read-alouds and hands-on activities while learning about the economy, earning money, work readiness, businesses in a community and more.
