North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and Town Councilmember Dennis Walsh joined with Mineola Mayor Paul Pereira and members of the Mineola Chamber of Commerce to welcome Digi Slices to Mineola and celebrate their grand opening. Located at 106 Main Street in Mineola, Digi Slices received a warm opening day welcome from an excited community. Supervisor DeSena commended the owners for their strong motivation and business acumen and welcomed them to the Town of North Hempstead!
