LEGAL NOTICE
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Roslyn Estates will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2022, at the Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn, New York 11576, with respect to Bill 2 of 2022, as follows:Bill 2 of 2022, A local law authorizing the Village of Roslyn Estates to authorize a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in New York State General Municipal Law § 3-c, for its fiscal year commencing June 1, 2022.
At time and place of public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Those persons planning to attend meeting who require special accommodations because of disability should notify Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to meeting.
