I support Ted Rosen, who is running for re-election as mayor of the Village of Great Neck Plaza.  I have known Ted Rosen for approximately 12 years.

He is a person of high integrity and character.  I know that he is hardworking and dedicated.  He has been, and is, fully committed to making Great Neck Plaza the great place it is to live.

Ted is creative and finds solutions to problems.  He is someone who helps people who disagree reach an agreement.   Very importantly, Ted treats everyone with respect and courtesy.

As a member of the Board of Managers of my condominium, I appreciate that Ted has a good sense of knowledge and awareness of the issues and challenges that condominiums and coops face today.

As mayor of our Village, he has been very receptive to the needs and concerns of those who live in coops and condominiums in the village, as well as all of the residents of the Village.

I know that Ted’s running mates, Deputy Mayor Pam Marksheid and Trustee Michael Deluccia, who are both running for re-election as trustees, are the presidents of their co-ops.  They also have a good understanding and knowledge of the needs and concerns of Village residents.

I urge all Village of Great Neck Plaza residents to please vote to re-elect Ted Rosen as  mayor and to re-elect Pam Marksheid and Michael Deluccia as trustee.
