North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and the Town Board illuminated Town Hall blue and yellow in a sign of solidarity and support for those suffering through unimaginable hardship in Ukraine. Town Hall will be lit up blue and yellow each night for the remainder of this week to serve as a reminder to all who pass by of the crisis currently unfolding in Ukraine. The Town of North Hempstead stands united with Ukrainians around the world in calling for an end to the violence and bloodshed that Putin has brought to their doorstep.
