LEGAL NOTICE
INC. VILLAGE OF RUSSELL GARDENS
On December 2, 2021, the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Russell Gardens enacted Local Law 4 of 2021 pursuant to Cannabis Law Section 131, to opt the Village of Russell Gardens out of hosting cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries. This local law is subject to a permissive referendum in accordance with the procedures of Article 9 of the NYS Village Law.
