Back by popular demand, the Great Neck Plaza Business Improvement District and the Village of Great Neck Plaza will once again be hosting its Summer Promenade Series throughout June and July.
The Summer Promenade Series is one component in the BID’s efforts to help local merchants have a successful summer season. Residents from Great Neck and surrounding neighborhoods and towns are invited to attend this Wednesday night series under the stars, complete with spectacular cuisine from our local restaurants and musical entertainment.
Each promenade will occur on a Wednesday evening from 6:30-10:30 pm. Entertainment will include fan favorites such as Nina Et Cetera, Nina Gordon, Gathering Time and newbies noted electric violinist Michi Fuji, and the David Lamm Duo. Each evening’s entertainment will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.

“As things continue to open up on Long Island and in New York State, we wanted to open up our promenade events again to our community,” Ron Edelson, executive director of the BID, said. “The Promenade Series has proven to be a way for friends and family to meet up for a night of fun for all ages on a beautiful summer night.”
The open and friendly atmosphere of Great Neck Plaza is the perfect setting to enjoy the best dining and shopping throughout the summer. All stores in Great Neck Plaza are within walking distance of the Long Island Railroad Great Neck train station. Great Neck Plaza features over 200 shops and restaurants and more than 1,600 convenient on-street, parking field and garage parking spaces.
