Yoga is alive and well in East Williston. Back in late March, Yoga instructor Joe Cilmi began teaching daily live Zoom classes and hasn’t missed a day yet. The group meets daily from 9 – 10 a.m.
There is no up front commitment. Just log on any morning that you are able to and pay as you go. Cost is $10 per class. There is a free trial for your first class, and weekly/monthly rate specials available as well.
