Nassau County Executive Laura Curran partnered with the New York State Department of Homeland Security to offer a free NY Citizen Preparedness Training Program on Jan. 30 at Lawrence High School in Cedarhurst.  Hundreds of residents attended and all participants received a free preparedness kit courtesy of New York State.
