NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Lake Success until 10:00 AM, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Village of Lake Success, 318 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York 11020 for a bid opening for the ‘2019-2020 Department of Public Works and Golf Course Uniform Bid’.
Specifications may be obtained from the Village of Lake Success on or after
March 1, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, 318 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, telephone (516) 482-4411. No deposit for contract documents is required.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to select the bid or proposal, the acceptance of which in their judgment will best serve the efficient performance and guaranteed completion of the work to waive informalities in any bid, or to reject any and all bids presented, or to accept the whole or any part of a bid as the same may be modified by mutual consent.
