On Dec. 16 I slipped on the ice in my driveway and fractured my arm.

My wife called the Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department Ambulance service 516 466-4411. They arrived promptly and were competent and caring, taking care to cause me as little discomfort as possible.

I cannot praise them highly enough. We are fortunate to live in a town with such a professional ambulance service.
