According to a police report issued by the Port Washington Police Department, a Remsenberg man was involved in a motor vehicle accident and later arrested for driving while intoxicated. 

The incident occurred on May 10 at 9:24 p.m. on South Bayles Avenue in Port Washington. 

Also on the police report, last Saturday, May 14 at 12:24 p.m. two men and one woman from Port Washington were arrested for armed robbery at 103 Main St. in Port Washington.  

Port Washington Police Department Deputy Chief Robert DelMuro said the victim had just picked up his prescription of oxycodone, when the three residents approached the victim. 

DelMuro said the suspects stole the prescription and threatened the victim with a hand gun and a shot gun. 

DelMuro said at this time they aren’t releasing the names of the victim and the three residents involved in the crime.
