CAM|G was founded by Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Sean M. Campbell. Mr. Campbell serves as the broker of record for the firm and spearheads development due diligence, along with private equity activities pre- and post-acquisition. Sean has comprehensive experience in the asset management, development and construction project management of Industrial, Commercial, Residential & Mixed-use properties.
With the success of CAM|G, Sean is now launching his luxury residential development business Fore Developers, Inc. (4D).
The mission of 4D is to provide a full-service real estate development, syndication and portfolio management platform for investors. 4D aims to capitalize on opportunities within real estate asset, space and capital markets by matching equity placements with in-house expertise and due diligence. Through 4D’s platform investors will pool resources and share in the profits generated upon executing a 4D project.
Sean is currently working on 4D’s pilot project here in the U.S., while simultaneously developing a 24-unit Luxury Villa Development in Jamaica, West Indies. As part of the 4D business model, Sean is working on technology that will streamline the development process, creating efficiencies across professional accounting, legal and financing disciplines.
Prior to pursuing private equity endeavors, Sean held several management positions at Related Companies, L.P. within the Asset Management group at Hudson Yards, New York operating over $1+ billion in assets. Prior to operating the Hudson Yards campus – the largest development in U.S. history to date – Sean spent several years as a Project Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in their Project & Development Services (PDS) division managing and executing commercial projects in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Campbell received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Thomas Jefferson University, and then subsequently received a Master of Science in Construction Management and an M.B.A with concentrations in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship. Sean is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He lives in Northport with his wife and three kids, who are the bedrock of his success.
