What has enabled your success?
For starters, my wife and family’s steadfast support of my career and goals. Second, I would say having an athlete’s competitive mindset and determination. Third, having a fantastic team of partners and exceptional mentors around me (I will be the first to say that I’ve been blessed and fortunate to have admirable leaders, smart bankers, and fantastic COIs around me). And, last but not least, I’d say having an amazing environment to work in. The Long Island community is special and most people recognize that it’s a small world but an even smaller island.
