What has enabled you to be successful?
I wouldn’t be where I am today without a strong group of mentors. I’ve had mentors at various points in my career who have nurtured my professional growth, ensured I had a seat at the table, and provided me with honest feedback.
My advice to any young professional is to find a mentor who will help you achieve your career goals and to jump at opportunities that advance your skills.
